Settled in the serene emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE, Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) is
the stronghold to 14,500 free zone and non-free zone companies, as well as hundreds of freelancers.

The requirement of Submitting Audited Financial Statements

RAK Free zone approved auditors: All RAKEZ licensed companies will now be required to submit audited financial statements on an annual basis. The first submission of audited financial statements will be required in 2020.

RAKEZ licensed companies to submit a copy of the audited financial statements for the 2019 financial year, and for subsequent years thereafter, within six (6) months from the end of your company’s financial year to any of RAKEZ service centers.

As per the RAKEZ Companies Regulations, it is the responsibility of each company to ensure that their appointed auditor is registered as an RAK Free zone approved auditors (RAKEZ)
