SAIF Chartered Accountants was established in the UAE in 1994 as an auditing and accounting firm. Today we help companies bring their financial statements, accounting records and tax positions into focus, from routine reporting to more complex audit and advisory work.
Our services span statutory and internal audit, bookkeeping and financial reporting, VAT, Corporate tax, transfer pricing and financial advisory. We support mainland businesses and companies in UAE free zones. The right audit appointment and submission route depend on the particular authority, entity and engagement—not merely the firm’s experience in another free zone.
We bring together the right disciplines while keeping their responsibilities clear. An independent audit opinion, an accounting cleanup, a tax calculation and a management decision are different kinds of work. We define scope, intended users, deliverables, evidence needs and limitations before starting.

SAIF Chartered Accountants is an FTA-registered Tax Agency under TAN 30004113. Individual tax agents have their own FTA listings. For an audit, we confirm the relevant authority’s current appointment rules and the signing auditor’s eligibility before taking on the engagement.
Our audit and tax service pages explain the specific requirements. No single free-zone registration establishes acceptance by every authority, and regulated entities may have separate rules. We discuss those checks at the outset rather than offering a blanket approval claim.

We work with clients’ existing accounting systems, including Zoho Books, Odoo, Xero, ERPNext, QuickBooks, Tally and Sage, and assess the platform and version before recommending a change. Support can include setup, migration, reconciliations, reporting and tax-data review. Our authorised Zoho Books and Odoo partnerships are highlighted below, but our accounting and ERP support is not limited to those platforms. Software does not replace review of the company’s facts or guarantee tax compliance.

Is SAIF Chartered Accountants an FTA-registered tax agency?
Yes. SAIF Chartered Accountants’ tax agency number is TAN 30004113. Individual tax agents are listed separately. The service and representation arrangements should be confirmed for the particular engagement.
Does SAIF audit both mainland and free-zone companies?
We support mainland and UAE free-zone audit assignments. Before appointment, we check the entity’s reporting obligation, the relevant authority’s auditor-acceptance rules and our independence for that assignment. A firm’s acceptance by one authority should not be taken as automatic acceptance by another.
Can SAIF work with our current accounting software?
Yes. We support accounting and bookkeeping across a wide range of systems and first review the platform, version, data quality and reporting needs you already have. SAIF is an authorised Zoho Books and Odoo partner, but we also support Xero, ERPNext, QuickBooks, Tally, Sage and other accounting and ERP systems. Setup, migration or ongoing support is scoped around your records and requirements.
Is SGA World International the same company as SAIF?
No. SAIF is a UAE-established independent member firm of SGA World International. Associate practices are separately named and responsible for their own engagements. We identify the contracting firm when cross-border assistance is needed.
